ProSmiles Dental Studio bills by monthly statement, which is processed on the last day of every month. Monthly statements are due on a net 30 basis. For example, if your statement date is January 31, then your payment is due by the end of February. In accordance with our Customer Agreement, all past due balances incur and bear, and the Customer agrees to pay, a late charge equal to two percent (2%) of any past due balance per month or portion thereof from and after the invoice date until the unpaid past due balance is paid in full. ProSmiles Dental Studio accepts auto-payment for your convenience. Auto-pay accounts are billed on the 1st business day of the following month of the statement. ProSmiles Dental Studio accepts checks, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express as valid methods of payment. To pay by check, include a copy of your statement and mail it back to ProSmiles Dental Studio. To pay by credit card, simply call ProSmiles Dental Studio and provide your credit card number, expiration date, CVV and billing address to our Accounting Office; they can save your information on file and arrange for monthly auto-pay if desired.
