Screw Retained Implant Restorations - If you are looking for that perfect 10-minute or less seat appointment, the Screw Retained Implant Restoration is a great cost-effective alternative to cement retained implant abutments supported restorations, and are typically covered better by dental insurance policies. They are retrievable and we offer a variety of individual customization services from solid monolithic zirconia restorations to esthetic layered porcelain solutions. Custom castable UCLA solutions are also available upon request.
